Интерфейс IORInfo

Предоставляет серверной стороне ORB доступ к соответствующим политикам во время построения IOR и возможность добавления компонентов. ORB передает экземпляр своего реализации этого интерфейса в качестве параметра к IORInterceptor.establish_components.
