mb_substr_count( string $haystack string $needle string $encoding null )

Краткое описание параметров

`string`	`$haystack`	Проверяемая строка.
`string`	`$needle`	Искомая строка.
`string`	`$encoding = null`	Имя кодировки символов для использования. Если опущено, используется внутренняя кодировка символов.

Возвращаемое значение

integer Число вхождений подстроки $needle в строке $haystack.
