Сравнивает два значения year_month: x и y.

Операторы <, <=, >, >= и != соответственно синтезируются из operator<=> и operator==.

Возвращаемое значение

2) x.year() <=> y.year() != 0 ? x.year() <=> y.year() : x.month() <=> y.month()
