Django поставляется с фреймворком высокого уровня для генерации лент агрегации RSS и Atom.

Для создания любой ленты агрегации достаточно написать короткий класс Python. Вы можете создавать столько лент, сколько вам нужно.

Django также поставляется с API для генерации лент более низкого уровня. Используйте его, если вам нужно генерировать ленты вне веб-контекста или каким-либо другим способом более низкого уровня.

Фреймворк высокого уровня для генерации лент поставляется с классом Feed. Чтобы создать ленту, напишите класс Feed и укажите на его экземпляр в файле URLconf.

Feed классы

Класс Feed — это класс Python, представляющий ленту агрегации. Лента может быть простой (например, лента «новостей сайта» или базовая лента, отображающая последние записи блога) или более сложной (например, лента, отображающая все записи блога в определённой категории, где категория является переменной).

Классы лент наследуются от django.contrib.syndication.views.Feed. Они могут располагаться где угодно в вашем коде.

Простой пример

Осталось одно. В ленте RSS каждый <item> имеет <title>, <link> и <description>.

  • Для содержимого <title> и <description> Django пытается вызвать методы item_title() и item_description() в классе Feed. Им передаётся один параметр, item, который является самим объектом. Эти методы необязательны; по умолчанию для обоих используется строковое представление объекта.

    Если вы хотите выполнить специальную форматирование заголовка или описания, можно использовать Шаблоны Django. Их пути можно указать с помощью атрибутов title_template и description_template в классе Feed. Шаблоны рендерятся для каждого элемента и получают два переменные контекста:

    Feed.get_context_data(**kwargs)

    Также есть способ передать дополнительную информацию в шаблоны заголовка и описания, если вам нужно предоставить больше данных, чем две упомянутые выше переменные. Вы можете реализовать метод get_context_data в подклассе Feed. Например:

    Этот метод будет вызываться один раз для каждого элемента в списке, возвращаемом items(), со следующими ключевыми аргументами:

    • item: текущий элемент. Для обратной совместимости название этой переменной контекста {{ obj }}.

    Поведение get_context_data() имитирует поведение общих представлений — вы должны вызвать super() для получения данных контекста от родительского класса, добавить свои данные и вернуть изменённый словарь.

  • Для указания содержимого <link> у вас есть два варианта. Для каждого элемента в items() Django сначала пытается вызвать метод item_link() в классе Feed. Так же, как и в случае с заголовком и описанием, ему передаётся один параметр, item Если этот метод не существует, Django пытается выполнить метод get_absolute_url() на этом объекте. Оба метода get_absolute_url() и item_link() должны возвращать URL элемента в виде обычной строки Python. Как и в случае с get_absolute_url(), результат item_link() будет включён непосредственно в URL, поэтому вы несете ответственность за выполнение всех необходимых операций кодирования и преобразования URL в ASCII в самом методе.

Пример со сложной лентой

Фреймворк также поддерживает более сложные ленты с помощью аргументов.

Например, веб-сайт может предложить ленту RSS с недавними преступлениями для каждого полицейского участка в городе. Было бы неразумно создавать отдельный класс Feed для каждого полицейского участка; это нарушает принцип DRY и связывает данные с программной логикой. Вместо этого фреймворк ленты агрегации позволяет вам получить доступ к аргументам, переданным из URLconf, так что ленты могут выводить элементы на основе информации в URL ленты.

Ленты полицейских участков могут быть доступны по таким URL-адресам:

Указание типа ленты

По умолчанию ленты, создаваемые в этой системе, используют RSS 2.0.

Язык

Ленты, созданные с помощью системы агрегирования, автоматически включают соответствующий тег <language> (RSS 2.0) или атрибут xml:lang (Atom). По умолчанию это django.utils.translation.get_language(). Вы можете изменить его, установив атрибут класса language.

URL

Метод/атрибут link может возвращать либо абсолютный путь (например, "/blog/"), либо URL с полным доменным именем и протоколом (например, "https://www.example.com/blog/"). Если link не возвращает домен, система агрегирования вставит домен текущего сайта в соответствии с настройкой SITE_ID setting.

Для Atom-лент требуется <link rel="self">, определяющий текущее местоположение ленты. Система агрегирования заполняет его автоматически, используя домен текущего сайта в соответствии с настройкой SITE_ID.

Публикация Atom и RSS лент совместно

Низкоуровневая структура

Внутри, высокоуровневая система RSS использует низкоуровневую систему для генерации XML лент. Эта система находится в одном модуле: django/utils/feedgenerator.py.

Вы можете использовать эту систему самостоятельно для генерации лент на более низком уровне. Вы также можете создавать пользовательские подклассы генератора лент для использования с опцией feed_type Feed.

Классы SyndicationFeed

Модуль feedgenerator содержит базовый класс:

  • django.utils.feedgenerator.SyndicationFeed

и несколько подклассов:

  • django.utils.feedgenerator.RssUserland091Feed
  • django.utils.feedgenerator.Rss201rev2Feed
  • django.utils.feedgenerator.Atom1Feed

Каждый из этих трех классов знает, как отображать определенный тип ленты как XML. У них общий интерфейс:

SyndicationFeed.__init__()

Инициализирует ленту заданным словарем метаданных, которые относятся к всей ленте. Обязательные ключевые аргументы:

  • title
  • link
  • description

Также есть множество дополнительных необязательных ключевых аргументов:

  • language
  • author_email
  • author_name
  • author_link
  • subtitle
  • categories
  • feed_url
  • feed_copyright
  • feed_guid
  • ttl

Все дополнительные ключевые аргументы, которые вы передаете __init__, будут сохранены в self.feed для использования с пользовательскими генераторами лент.

SyndicationFeed.write()
Выводит ленту в указанной кодировке в outfile, который является объектом типа файла.
SyndicationFeed.writeString()

Пользовательские генераторы лент

Если вам нужно создать пользовательский формат ленты, у вас есть несколько вариантов.

Если формат ленты полностью пользовательский, вы захотите подклассировать SyndicationFeed и полностью заменить методы write() и writeString().

Однако, если формат ленты является производным от RSS или Atom (например, GeoRSS, формат подкастов Apple iTunes podcast и т.д.), у вас есть лучший выбор. Эти типы лент обычно добавляют дополнительные элементы и/или атрибуты к базовому формату, и есть набор методов, которые SyndicationFeed вызывает для получения этих дополнительных атрибутов. Предупреждение

Если вы переопределяете любой из этих методов, обязательно вызывайте методы суперкласса, так как они добавляют необходимые элементы для каждого формата ленты.

Например, вы можете начать реализацию генератора ленты RSS iTunes следующим образом:

Для создания полного пользовательского класса ленты предстоит еще много работы, но приведенный выше пример должен продемонстрировать основную идею.
