Django поставляется с высокоуровневым фреймворком для генерации лент агрегации, позволяющим создавать ленты RSS и Atom.

Для создания любой ленты агрегации вам нужно всего лишь написать небольшой класс на Python. Вы можете создавать любое количество лент.

Django также поставляет низкоуровневый API для генерации лент. Используйте его, если хотите генерировать ленты вне веб-контекста или каким-либо иным низкоуровневым способом.

Высокоуровневый фреймворк для генерации лент предоставляется классом Feed. Чтобы создать ленту, напишите класс Feed и укажите на его экземпляр в вашем файле URLconf.

Feed классы

Класс Feed — это класс Python, представляющий ленту агрегации. Лента может быть простой (например, лента «новости сайта» или базовая лента, отображающая последние записи блога) или более сложной (например, лента, отображающая все записи блога в определенной категории, где категория является переменной).

Классы лент наследуются от класса django.contrib.syndication.views.Feed. Они могут находиться в любой части вашего кода.

Простой пример

Осталось одно. В ленте RSS каждый элемент <item> имеет <title>, <link> и <description>. Нам нужно указать фреймворку, какие данные поместить в эти элементы.

  • Для содержимого <title> и <description> Django пытается вызвать методы item_title() и item_description() в классе Feed. Им передается единственный параметр, item, который является самим объектом. Они необязательны; по умолчанию используется строковое представление объекта для обоих.

    Если вы хотите выполнить специальное форматирование для заголовка или описания, вместо этого можно использовать шаблоны Django. Их пути можно указать с помощью атрибутов title_template и description_template в классе Feed. Шаблоны рендерится для каждого элемента и им передаются две переменные контекста шаблона:

    Feed.get_context_data(**kwargs)

    Также есть способ передать дополнительную информацию в шаблоны заголовков и описаний, если вам нужно предоставить больше, чем две упомянутые выше переменные. Вы можете предоставить свою реализацию метода get_context_data в вашем подклассе Feed. Например:

    Поведение метода get_context_data() аналогично поведению методов общих представлений — вы должны вызвать super() для извлечения данных контекста из родительского класса, добавить свои данные и вернуть измененный словарь.

  • Чтобы указать содержимое <link>, у вас есть два варианта. Для каждого элемента в items() Django сначала пытается вызвать метод item_link() в классе Feed. Подобно заголовку и описанию, ему передается единственный параметр, item. Если этот метод не существует, Django пытается выполнить метод get_absolute_url() на этом объекте. Методы get_absolute_url() и item_link() должны возвращать URL элемента как обычную строку Python. Как и в случае с get_absolute_url(), результат метода item_link() будет включен непосредственно в URL, поэтому вы несете ответственность за выполнение всех необходимых операций цитирования и преобразования URL в ASCII внутри самого метода.

Сложный пример

Фреймворк также поддерживает более сложные ленты с помощью аргументов.

Например, веб-сайт может предложить ленту RSS с последними преступлениями для каждого отдела полиции в городе. Было бы глупо создавать отдельный класс Feed для каждого отдела полиции; это нарушило бы принцип DRY и привело бы к связыванию данных с программной логикой. Вместо этого фреймворк для лент агрегации позволяет вам получить доступ к аргументам, переданным из вашего файла URLconf, чтобы ленты могли выводить элементы на основе информации в URL ленты.

Ленты отдельных участков полиции можно получить по URL-адресам, таким как:

Указание типа ленты

По умолчанию ленты, созданные с помощью этого фреймворка, используют формат RSS 2.0.

Язык

Ленты, созданные с помощью фреймворка синдикации, автоматически включают соответствующий тег <language> (RSS 2.0) или атрибут xml:lang (Atom). По умолчанию это django.utils.translation.get_language(). Вы можете изменить его, задав атрибут класса language.

URL-адреса

Метод/атрибут link может возвращать либо абсолютный путь (например, "/blog/") или URL-адрес с полным доменным именем и протоколом (например, "https://www.example.com/blog/"). Если link не возвращает домен, фреймворк синдикации вставит домен текущего сайта в соответствии с вашим SITE_ID setting.

Ленты Atom требуют <link rel="self">, который определяет текущее расположение ленты. Фреймворк синдикации автоматически заполняет его, используя домен текущего сайта в соответствии с настройкой SITE_ID.

Публикация лент Atom и RSS одновременно

Низкоуровневый фреймворк

За кулисами высокоуровневый фреймворк RSS использует низкоуровневый фреймворк для генерации XML лент. Этот фреймворк находится в одном модуле: django/utils/feedgenerator.py.

Вы можете использовать этот фреймворк самостоятельно для генерации лент на более низком уровне. Вы также можете создать пользовательские подклассы генераторов лент для использования с опцией feed_type Feed.

SyndicationFeed Классы

Модуль feedgenerator содержит базовый класс:

  • django.utils.feedgenerator.SyndicationFeed

и несколько подклассов:

  • django.utils.feedgenerator.RssUserland091Feed
  • django.utils.feedgenerator.Rss201rev2Feed
  • django.utils.feedgenerator.Atom1Feed

Каждый из этих трех классов знает, как отобразить определенный тип ленты как XML. У них общий интерфейс:

SyndicationFeed.__init__()

Инициализирует ленту с заданным словарем метаданных, который применяется ко всей ленте. Обязательные ключевые аргументы:

Пользовательские генераторы лент

Если вам нужно создать пользовательский формат ленты, у вас есть несколько вариантов.

Если формат ленты полностью пользовательский, вам нужно будет унаследовать от SyndicationFeed и полностью заменить методы write() и writeString().

Однако, если формат ленты является производным от RSS или Atom (например, GeoRSS, формат подкастов Apple iTunes и т. д.), у вас есть лучший выбор. Эти типы лент обычно добавляют дополнительные элементы и/или атрибуты к базовому формату, и есть набор методов, которые SyndicationFeed вызывает, чтобы получить эти дополнительные атрибуты. Предупреждение

Если вы переопределяете любой из этих методов, обязательно вызывайте методы суперкласса, так как они добавляют необходимые элементы для каждого формата канала.

Для полной реализации пользовательского класса канала предстоит ещё много работы, но приведенный выше пример должен продемонстрировать основную идею.
