                   A DER encoded certificate

ОПИСАНИЕ

       This function will compare an X.509 certificate structures, with
       DER encoded certificate data.

ЗНАЧЕНИЯ, ВОЗВРАЩАЕМЫЕ ФУНКЦИЕЙ

       On equality non-zero is returned, otherwise zero.
