Стоп-слова полнотекстового индекса

Стоп-слова используются для предоставления списка часто используемых слов, которые можно игнорировать при поиске в полнотекстовых индексах.

Полные индексы, созданные в MyISAM и InnoDB, по умолчанию имеют разные списки стоп-слов.

Стоп-слова MyISAM

Для полнотекстовых индексов в таблицах MyISAM, по умолчанию, список формируется из файла storage/myisam/ft_static.c, и поиск выполняется с использованием кодировки и сортировки сервера. Переменная сервера ft_stopword_file позволяет переопределить стандартный список словами из другого файла или вовсе игнорировать стоп-слова.

Если список стоп-слов изменен, все существующие полнотекстовые индексы необходимо перестроить

Стоп-слова InnoDB

Стоп-слова для полнотекстовых индексов включены только если переменная сервера innodb_ft_enable_stopword была установлена (по умолчанию она установлена) во время создания индекса.

Список стоп-слов определяется следующим образом:

Если системная переменная innodb_ft_user_stopword_table установлена, в качестве списка стоп-слов используется эта таблица.
Если innodb_ft_user_stopword_table не установлено, используется таблица, заданная переменной innodb_ft_server_stopword_table.
Если ни одна из переменных не установлена, используется встроенный список, который можно просмотреть, запросив таблицу INNODB_FT_DEFAULT_STOPWORD в Information Schema.

В первых двух случаях, указанная таблица должна существовать в момент установки системной переменной и создания полнотекстового индекса. Это должна быть таблица InnoDB с одним столбцом, VARCHAR с именем VALUE.

Список стоп-слов по умолчанию для InnoDB отличается от списка по умолчанию для MyISAM, он намного короче и содержит следующие слова:
