polars selector exclude для выражения
Выбрать все столбцы, кроме столбцов с указанными именами. Это обратная операция по отношению к `polars selector by-name`.
Сигнатура
> polars selector exclude {flags} ...rest
Параметры

...rest: Имя или имена столбцов, которые нужно исключить из выборки.
