Свет, который освещает объект равномерно со всех направлений, независимо от его положения и ориентации. AmbientLight добавляет постоянный член к количеству света, отражаемого каждой точкой на поверхности объекта, тем самым увеличивая яркость объекта равномерно.

AmbientLight часто используются для представления базового уровня освещения в сцене. В реальном мире свет отражается от поверхностей, вызывая освещение областей, не находящихся непосредственно на линии видимости света (более тускло). Использование темного (слабого) AmbientLight может достичь эффекта освещения этих областей.
