Series.update(other) [source]

Изменить Series на месте, используя значения отличные от NaN из переданной Series. Выравнивание по индексу

Параметры:	other : Series

>>> s = pd.Series(['a', 'b', 'c'])
>>> s.update(pd.Series(['d', 'e'], index=[0, 2]))

dtype: object

>>> s = pd.Series([1, 2, 3])
>>> s.update(pd.Series([4, 5, 6, 7, 8]))
>>> s
0    4
1    5
2    6
dtype: int64

Если other содержит NaN, соответствующие значения не обновляются в исходной Series.

>>> s = pd.Series([1, 2, 3])
>>> s.update(pd.Series([4, np.nan, 6]))
>>> s
0    4
1    2
2    6
dtype: int64
