Сокращение для Rack::Test::UploadedFile.new(File.join(ActionDispatch::IntegrationTest.fixture_path, path), type):

Чтобы загружать двоичные файлы в Windows, передайте :binary в качестве последнего параметра. Это не повлияет на другие платформы:
