Выбрасывается при попытке потенциально небезопасной операции, обычно, когда уровень $SAFE поднимается выше 0.

foo = "bar"
proc = Proc.new do
  $SAFE = 3
  foo.untaint
end
proc.call

выбрасывает исключение:

SecurityError: Insecure: Insecure operation `untaint' at level 3
