Сравнение различных алгоритмов кластеризации на наборах данных «игрушек»
Этот пример демонстрирует характеристики различных алгоритмов кластеризации на наборах данных, которые «интересны», но всё ещё двумерны. За исключением последнего набора данных, параметры каждой из этих пар «набор данных-алгоритм» были настроены для получения хороших результатов кластеризации. Некоторые алгоритмы более чувствительны к значениям параметров, чем другие.
Последний набор данных является примером «нулевой» ситуации для кластеризации: данные однородны, и нет хорошей кластеризации. Для этого примера нулевой набор данных использует те же параметры, что и набор данных в строке выше, что представляет собой несоответствие между значениями параметров и структурой данных.
Хотя эти примеры дают некоторое интуитивное представление об алгоритмах, эта интуиция может не применяться к данным очень высокой размерности.
