Этот пример балансирует сложность модели и перекрёстную валидацию, находя приемлемую точность в пределах 1 стандартного отклонения от наилучшего результата точности, минимизируя при этом количество компонентов PCA [1].
Рисунок демонстрирует компромисс между результатом перекрёстной валидации и количеством компонентов PCA. Сбалансированный случай соответствует n_components=10 и accuracy=0.88, что попадает в диапазон в пределах 1 стандартного отклонения от наилучшего результата точности.
