Модифицированная функция Бесселя нулевого порядка.

tf.math.special.bessel_y0([0.5, 1., 2., 4.]).numpy()
array([-0.44451873,  0.08825696,  0.51037567, -0.01694074], dtype=float32)

Аргументы
`x`	A `Tensor` или `SparseTensor`. Должно быть одного из следующих типов: `half`, `float32`, `float64`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемые значения
A `Tensor` или `SparseTensor`, соответственно. Имеет тот же тип, что и `x`.

Совместимость со scipy

Эквивалентно scipy.special.y0
