Аргументы
`x`	A `Tensor` or `SparseTensor`. Must be one of the following types: `half`, `float32`, `float64`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемое значение
A `Tensor` или `SparseTensor`, соответственно. Имеет тот же тип, что и `x`.

Эквивалентно scipy.special.k1e
