Аргументы
`x`	Входной тензор.

Возвращаемое значение
Активация «жёсткий сигмоид»: `0` если `x < -2.5` `1` если `x > 2.5` `0.2 * x + 0.5` если `-2.5 <= x <= 2.5`.
