Утилиты для создания простых input_fns.
Функции
numpy_input_fn(...): Возвращает функцию ввода, которая будет подавать словарь массивов NumPy в модель.
pandas_input_fn(...): Возвращает функцию ввода, которая будет подавать Pandas DataFrame в модель.
