Создаёт директорию и все родительские/промежуточные директории.

tf.compat.v1.gfile.MakeDirs(
    dirname
)

Операция успешна, если dirname уже существует и разрешено его изменение.

`dirname`	строка, имя создаваемой директории

Raises
`errors.OpError`	Если операция завершается ошибкой.
