Аргументы
`input`	A `Tensor`. Должен быть одним из следующих типов: `float32`, `half`, `float64`, `int32`, `int64`.
`group_size`	An `int`.
`group_key`	An `int`.
`instance_key`	An `int`.
`shape`	A `tf.TensorShape` или список `ints`.
`communication_hint`	Необязательный `string`. По умолчанию `"auto"`.
`timeout_seconds`	Необязательный `float`. По умолчанию `0`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемые значения
A `Tensor`. Имеет тот же тип, что и `input`.
