Аргументы
`input`	A `Tensor`. Должен быть одним из следующих типов: `bfloat16`, `float32`, `half`, `float64`, `int32`, `int64`.
`communicator`	A `Tensor` типа `resource`.
`group_assignment`	A `Tensor` типа `int32`.
`reduction`	A `string` из: `"Min", "Max", "Mul", "Add"`.
`timeout_seconds`	Необязательный `float`. По умолчанию `0`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемое значение
A `Tensor`. Имеет тот же тип, что и `input`.
