val prefix: String
Строка, которая непосредственно предшествует шестнадцатеричному представлению числового значения. По умолчанию — пустая строка.
При форматировании эта строка помещается перед шестнадцатеричным представлением. При разборе анализируемая строка должна начинаться с этой строки. Префикс разбирается без учёта регистра.
