Возвращает true, если содержимое этой строки равно слову "true", false, если оно равно "false", и в противном случае выбрасывает исключение.
Также доступна версия функции с менее строгой проверкой для nullable String: String?.toBoolean. Обратите внимание, что эта функция учитывает регистр.
