The INNODB_SYS_FIELDS
table provides status information about the key columns
(fields) of InnoDB
indexes, equivalent to the information from the SYS_FIELDS
table in the InnoDB
data dictionary.
Table 20.10. INNODB_SYS_FIELDS

An identifier for the index associated with this key field, using the same value as in INNODB_SYS_INDEXES.INDEX_ID .

Notes:
Since the INFORMATION_SCHEMA
is a general-purpose way
to monitor the MySQL server, use this table rather than the corresponding InnoDB
system table for any new monitoring application you develop.
You must have the PROCESS
privilege to query this
table.
