16 Манипулирование матрицами

Существует множество функций для проверки соответствия элементов матрицы определённому условию и для перестановки элементов матрицы. Например, Octave легко определит, являются ли все элементы матрицы конечными или меньше некоторого заданного значения. Octave также может вращать элементы, извлекать верхнюю или нижнюю треугольные части или сортировать столбцы матрицы.
