1.3.3 Обозначения вывода

Многие примеры в этом руководстве выводят текст при выполнении. В этом руководстве текст, выводимый в результате выполнения примера, обозначается символом ‘-|’. Значение, возвращаемое при вычислении выражения, отображается с помощью ‘⇒’ (1 в следующем примере) и приводится на отдельной строке.

printf ("foo %s\n", "bar")
     -| foo bar
     ⇒ 1
