Сериализация Active Model

Предоставляет базовую сериализацию в serializable_hash для ваших объектов.

Минимальная реализация может быть такой:

class Person
  include ActiveModel::Serialization

  attr_accessor :name

  def attributes
    {'name' => nil}
  end
end

Что предоставит вам:

person = Person.new
person.serializable_hash   # => {"name"=>nil}
person.name = "Bob"
person.serializable_hash   # => {"name"=>"Bob"}

Должен быть определён attributes хэш, содержащий все атрибуты, которые необходимо сериализовать. Attributes должны быть строками, а не символами. При вызове, сериализованный хэш будет использовать методы экземпляра, соответствующие ключам атрибутов в хэше. Чтобы переопределить это поведение, обратитесь к частному методу read_attribute_for_serialization.

ActiveModel::Serializers::JSON модуль автоматически включает модуль ActiveModel::Serialization, поэтому нет необходимости явно включать ActiveModel::Serialization.

Минимальная реализация, включая JSON, будет такой:

  include ActiveModel::Serializers::JSON

  attr_accessor :name

  def attributes
    {'name' => nil}

end

Что предоставит вам:

person = Person.new
person.serializable_hash   # => {"name"=>nil}
person.as_json             # => {"name"=>nil}
person.to_json             # => "{\"name\":null}"

person.name = "Bob"
person.serializable_hash   # => {"name"=>"Bob"}
person.as_json             # => {"name"=>"Bob"}
person.to_json             # => "{\"name\":\"Bob\"}"

Допустимые варианты :only, :except, :methods и :include. Следующие примеры являются корректными:

person.serializable_hash(only: 'name')
person.serializable_hash(include: :address)
person.serializable_hash(include: { address: { only: 'city' }})

Возвращает сериализованный хэш вашего объекта.
