класс ActiveSupport::Deprecation::DeprecatedConstantProxy

DeprecatedConstantProxy преобразует константу в устаревшую. Он принимает полные имена старой (устаревшей) константы и новой константы (оба в строковом формате) и утилиту для устаревания. Теперь устаревшая константа возвращает значение новой.
