Позволяет задать все атрибуты, передав хеш атрибутов, ключи которого соответствуют именам атрибутов.

Если переданный хеш отвечает на вызов метода permitted? и возвращаемое этим методом значение — false, возникает исключение ActiveModel::ForbiddenAttributesError.

Как и ‘BasicObject#method_missing`, `#attribute_writer_missing` вызывается, когда в `#assign_attributes` передаётся неизвестное имя атрибута.

По умолчанию ‘#attribute_writer_missing` вызывает исключение UnknownAttributeError.
