Задача распознавания лиц гораздо эффективнее решалась бы с помощью обучения сверточных нейронных сетей, но этот класс моделей не входит в область задач библиотеки scikit-learn. Заинтересованным читателям следует попробовать использовать pytorch или tensorflow для реализации таких моделей.
