`devices`	Список `strings` длины `>= 1`.
`output_types`	Список `tf.DTypes` длины `>= 1`.
`output_shapes`	Список форм (каждый элемент — `tf.TensorShape` или список `ints`) длины `>= 1`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемое значение
`Tensor` типа `resource`.
