Аргументы
`input`	`Tensor`. Должен иметь один из следующих типов: `bfloat16`, `float32`, `half`, `float64`, `int32`, `int64`.
`communicator`	`Tensor` типа `resource`.
`group_assignment`	`Tensor` типа `int32`.
`reduction`	`string` из: `"Min", "Max", "Mul", "Add"`.
`timeout_seconds`	Необязательный `float`. Значение по умолчанию: `0`.
`name`	Имя операции (необязательно).

Возвращаемое значение
`Tensor`. Имеет тот же тип, что и `input`.
